Jason Ouellette is the Owner and Founder of JEM-JAY Utility Fleet Services. After completing a vocational study of electrical hydraulics at Ohio State University, he spent a few years in sales before beginning a 23 year career in the Utility Industry as a Mobile Service Technician, and Fleet Supervisor. Over that time Jason met and worked with many great folks in the industry and gained the respect from many of these people as the type of person who can be entrusted and relied on to help maintain, inspect, and repair equipment.
